Salon & Spa Etiquette

Cancellations

As a new client, you will be asked for a credit card number to secure your appointment. We do require a 24 hour notice for all cancellations. If less than 24 hours notice is provided, we will bill 50% of the fee applicable for the service and Stylist/Technician booked. We will bill 100% of the service booked, only in the event of no show without a call. Appointments made within the 24 hour period are subject to the same guidelines as stated above.

Late Arrivals

We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. Calling ahead provides us the best opportunity to assess the situation. However, calling ahead does not always guarantee that we will be able to provide service, especially if your arrival is later than anticipated.

We also ask that you shut off all cell phones while in our salon/spa to ensure the enjoyment of services by all our clients.

Monday: 9am — 6pm
Tuesday: 9am — 6pm
Wednesday: 9am — 6pm
Thursday: 9am — 8pm
Friday: 9am — 8pm
Saturday: 9am — 5pm
Sundays: by appointment only Special Events/Weddings (Minimum 5 people)
